Who can express interest?
Established businesses, new brands and individuals with a commercial concept suited to a waterfront destination.
Do I need a trade licence to apply?
You can submit an Expression of Interest before your licence is issued — simply indicate your current licence status in the form.
What happens after I submit?
You receive a reference number, and your submission enters evaluation. The team contacts shortlisted applicants directly.
Can I express interest in more than one space?
Yes. Submit a separate Expression of Interest for each opportunity you would like to be considered for.
Are rental prices published?
No. You propose the annual rent you would be prepared to offer, and it is considered alongside your concept and experience. Proposals are never published or shared with other applicants.
How is my submission evaluated?
Each Expression of Interest is assessed on the strength of the concept, relevant operating experience, suitability for the destination and the commercial proposal together.
